Answer: It depends on where you are located. If you live on the West Coast, orders usually arrive 2 – 3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, orders usually arrive between 4 – 6 business days. If you live between the West and East Coasts, your order should arrive in 3 – 5 business days. Please see our shipping guidelines for detailed information.
2. How long do you take to process orders?Answer: At Jadetime.com we process most orders within 24 hours. Some exceptions to this rule apply to orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, shipping to P.O. Box, and international orders. Although orders may be processed during the weekend, packages are shipped on Mondays.

5. I am paying using an E-Check through PayPal, do you accept E-Checks?
Yes, we do accept E-Checks through PayPal, but we wait for the check to clear prior to shipping items. Your order will be shipped faster by using your credit card via PayPal or Google Checkout.
6. I have a specific color I am trying to match for my wedding. Can you help me match the color?

7. Where is my order coming from?Answer: Jadetime.com is located in Los Angeles, California. All our packages are sent from our Los Angeles warehouse.
8. I live close to Los Angeles. Can I simply pick up my order from your warehouse?
Answer: At this time, our warehouse is not open to the public because of insurance limitations.
9. Do you have a store front where I can shop at or pick up my order from?
Answer: Jadetime E-Gift is our associate store and is located at 857 North Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The cross streets are College and Broadway. The store is catty corner from Little Joe’s.
10. Well, since there is a store, can I pick up my online order from the store?
Answer: At this time, orders placed online cannot be picked up from the store.
11. Do you ship outside of North America?
We ship items outside of North America. If you are looking to place an order to be shipped outside of North America please send an email to info@jadetime.com and we will see how we can help. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may require customs charges. Customs charges are not covered in our shipping rates as they vary by country.
12. If I buy 10 paper lanterns, do I get a bigger discount?
Answer: Our online prices are guaranteed to be the lowest. Whether you buy 1 or 100, our retail price is the best both online and offline.
13. What is your return policy?
Answer: At Jadetime.com, we accept returns within 14 days. Paper lanterns may be returned if they are unopened and unused. Opened paper lanterns are not accepted. Tea lights, mini-votives, votives, and/or other operated lights of any kind are not returnable once used or the control plastic tab has been pulled.

1. Do the lanterns come with lights?
We don't sell lighting with our lanterns at this time. In many cases the lanterns look beautiful with out lights. You can also insert lights, preferably ones that don't get hot, on your own. Many customers say they either used led lights or they used Christmas lights. (See #2)
2. How do you string the lanterns?
If you want to use paper lanterns with lights the best way to string them is to use Christmas lights. The light strings that are used for most Christmas trees often work well. Fishing wire is also frequently used for hanging the lanterns. Lanterns come with a metal bar that goes inside the lantern and hold them open. The top of this bar has a hook that is designed to allow you to hook the lantern to a wire. Hook the lantern down on the wire, bend the hook down and then secure the lantern in place by either using tape or zip ties (Tape works for fishing wire, zip ties are best when using Christmas Lights).
3. Your sold out of the lanterns I want, when will you get more in?
We receive new inventory quite often. If something you would like to order is out of stock, we may still have a few in our warehouse or at our retail location. New items are often listed as out of stock while we work out how many items we have in our inventory and configure the correct pricing on our website. 4. We are looking for lanterns that fly in the air. Do you carry those lanterns?
Answer: At this time we do not carry sky lanterns. They are unsafe and illegal in many states. Sky lanterns are known for causing fires if they land on houses and/or in forests. As a socially conscious company, Jadetime.com does not knowingly carry products that many cause danger to its users, innocent bystanders, and/or our community and environment.
