How to take advantage of this offer?

Send us an email to info@jadetime.com listing the url where you found our identical product at a lower price, within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you the difference.

The following conditions apply:

• The product must be the same as ours.
• We sell premium quality paper lanterns and parasols.
• Price must be competitor’s retail price.
• Wholesale prices with a minimum quantity requirement greater than one are not acceptable.
• The price for a product not available is invalid. Our competitor must have the product in stock.
• Offer does not apply to a competitors sale price or clearance items.
• Shipping is not a part of this offer. However a few of our competitors set their prices low but then charge very high shipping and handling in order to make up for the price difference.  We reserve the right to consider shipping when it comes to price match offers.
• Competitor’s coupons, discounts or promotions are not considered in offer.
• Online auction prices are not acceptable.
• Tax is not included, or considered in price calculations.
